Hello, I’m Christian Stegall, historian, educator, an all around non-profit consultant.
As a historian, I’ve written and curated for some of your favorite institutions, including The National Museum of African American History and Culture and The Chick-Fil-A College Football Hall of Fame. As an educator, I use innovative teaching techniques to bring new and exciting information to people of all ages and backgrounds. The Museum Association of New York and the Greater Heritage Hudson Network recognized my engagement initiatives at the Hudson River Museum for building new relationships with underrepresented communities.
Traveling and creating new memories with my family and friends is what I enjoy most. We learn so much from other people by hearing their stories and indulging in their culture. When I’m not on the road or in the air, I’m making the best “healthy comfort foods” like wings and burgers. When I’m done cooking, I make sure to partake in all things Atlanta sports.
I love helping others and making their lives better because of my parents and upbringing. As the son of a custodian and nurse, I understood the importance of hard work and servant leadership. I made sure the lessons I learned from them enriched my spiritual, personal, and educational development.
As I grow older, I look to share these lessons with young people. I also want to get to know you so that together we could build a better world!
